On behalf of the Organizing Committee we are glad to announce the XXI International Workshop «HEMs-2026» High Energy and Special Materials: Demilitarization, Antiterrorism and Civil Application. The Workshop to be held on September 10-11, 2026, in National Research Tomsk State University, Tomsk, Russia.

The Workshop was held for the first time in 2004. HEMs are traditionally held once a year alternately at a Russian or foreign organization (scientific, educational or industrial). 

For the 21st time this scientific forum will become a discussion platform where promising directions of the application of explosives and chemical substances for civil purposes (high-energy and pharmaceutical) and also issues of scientific support of anti-terrorist activities are discussed.
